25 January 2015: The Floor panels.
Having no experience in sheet metal work, this aspect of the build was always going to be challenging, however, i'm really looking forward to it. As many of the floor and other panels require complicated (for me) folding and cutting, you are required to make jigs and clamps to fold numerous panels. Rescue came from the Pembleton forum again, in the guise of Duncan Grimmond, who carried out all of the complex folding for me. Thanks again, Duncan. Here are a few he did for me..
The footwells - how did he do that?

As i am waiting for new front wheel bearings this weekend, i trial fitted the floor panel. There are slight adjustments required to the cut outs around the chassis, also, to the RHS footwell.
Im not happy with the footwells, the RHS was fouling the shock absorber,
so i'm making them again.
Transferring pattern to tracing paper, then i made a cardboard version to trial fit into the floor.
